1. Measure the wheelbase of your bicycle (distance from the center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle).
2. Transfer this measurement to the wall at your desired mounting height.
3. Use a spirit level to ensure that both points lie exactly on a horizontal line.
4. Position the center of the tire holders at your marked points on the wall.
5. Mark the drill holes with a pen.
6. Drill the holes with a 6 mm diameter masonry drill bit.
7. Insert the dowels flush into the wall.
8. Tighten the tire holders using a T20 bit.
9. Place your wheel with the tires on the tire holders you just mounted. (It's best to continue from step 2 onwards.)
10. Hold the handlebar mount against the handlebars (at the lower bend/drop).
11. Mark the lower position of the handlebar mount (see illustration).
12. Align the handlebar mount's holding block with the mark you just made and mark the drill hole.
13. Drill the hole at the marked spot with a 6 mm drill bit and insert the dowel.
14. Now screw the dovetail mounting block to the wall using a T20 bit.
15. Slide the handlebar holder onto the support block.
16. Done, enjoy your new bike mount!
